Tester Club Panels are for P&G employees who participate in product testing to enable breakthrough product innovation.
After you have registered, here is what you can expect.
#1 WATCH YOUR INBOX
From time to time, you will receive emails from us with links to surveys. These surveys are either
- screeners to recruit for studies: you will be asked a few questions to determine if you qualify for an upcoming study. The description of the study will always be given.
- surveys to know you better: with the answers on these surveys, we will start creating groups of people with a certain profile, enabling us to only send you studies relevant for you.
- surveys to collect data on certain ideas, to know more about your opinion on ideas or concepts.
#2 RESPOND FAST IF YOU ARE INTERESTED TO PARTICIPATE
Studies might fill up quickly, so the faster you respond, the more likely you may be to be selected. The best way is to click the link and provide your answers as soon as you open up the email. For every invite, you'll see an estimated time of how long it will take you to fill out the survey.
#3 QUALIFYING FOR A STUDY
It might be that the researcher is looking for potential participants with a certain profile. If your answers to the screening questions match the profile required, there are several ways of being selected/scheduled to participate in the research:
- you may be directed to select an appointment time immediately as part of the screener survey.
- you may receive a follow-up email/phone call with more study details (or an extra question) to help ensure you are the right candidate for the test and you will be able to fully participate.
- you may be called or emailed to discuss the study requirements in more detail so that you can decide if you wish to participate or not
#4 BEING SELECTED TO PARTICIPATE IN A STUDY
Once qualified and scheduled you will always receive a confirmation email with all study details (time, place, reminders, etc.). If you have any questions/concerns about the study, use the contact details that will be provided in that confirmation email or the contact details that will be given to you at the start of the study.
